Okada ban: Three killed in police, operators’ shootout

Three people were reportedly shot dead yesterday when policemen clashed with tricycle operators and commercial motorcyclists otherwise called Okada riders at Ijora area of Lagos. 

The riders and tricycle (popularly called Keke NAPEP) operators were protesting the ban on their operations by the state government.
